| 摘 要： | 给出食品安全综合分析评价的未确知测度模型，并用于饮料的分析评价，模型严谨，测度函数的构造力求符合实际。并且针对评价空间分割的有序性，引入置信度识别准则使评判结果合理，是食品安全综合分析评价的实用模型。

| Abstract: | This paper sets up an unascertained measure model of synthetic evaluation on food safety and applies it to drinks. This model is supposed to be strict in theory. The measure function is meticulously constructed. Accord- ing to sequence in dividing the evaluating space, the rule of the incredible recognition is introduced. The evaluating results are reasonable. It is a practical model to synthetically evaluate food safety. |
