| 摘 要： | 贵州省有着丰富的传统知识资源,对传统知识进行保护是贵州发展的重要依托.文章在分析了保护传统知识的意义,梳理了国际国内传统知识保护进展的基础上,提出贵州必须加快传统知识保护立法工作的进程,才能使传统知识资源优势真正转化为地方经济社会科学发展的推动力.
