肌纤维细胞内动作电位建模的研究

摘    要:介绍一种肌纤维细胞内动作电位(IAP)的建模方法.该方法将IAP波看作两部分之和,一部分对应于动作电位激励波的波峰,另一部分对应于动作电位的后电位,并用两个简单的解析函数分别表示它们.模型的特点是,模型中描述波峰和后电位相对幅度的参数,对应于与激励波波峰有关的跨膜电流的中心矩,而且,这些参数可以由窭验测量的IAP或运动单位动作电位(MUAP)反向估计确定.

Abstract:A method of modeling muscle fiber intracellular action potential (IAP) is presneted. The IAP is seen as the sum of two parts, one corresponds to the spike of the wave excitation of IAP, the other corresponds to the afterpotential of IAP. Each part is represented by a simple analytical expression. The feature of the model is that the parameters specifying the sizes of the spike and afterpotential of IAP respectively correspond to the first two central moments of transmembrane current distribution associated with the spike of the wave of excitation. Furthermore, these parameters of model can be estimated from the empirically measured IAP or MUAP.
