| 摘 要： | 在分析烟叶烘丝过程工作原理的基础上，阐述了该过程操作条件的正交优化设计及现场试验结果。由正交优化试验和对比试验结果确定了影响烟丝填充值的主要因素和一组最优操作条件，烘丝系统工作在此最优操作条件下，烟丝填充值提高了2．5％，经济效益显著。正交优化设计对确定影响烟丝填充值的主要因素、优化生产操作条件具有十分重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of its working principle, this paper presents the orthogonal optimization experiment design of operating factors and the actual experiment results of the drying process of tobacco strips. Analysis of the orthogonal experiment result in relation to the comparison test result determined the domain factors affecting the filling value and a group of optimal operating conditions. When the system was in the optimal condition, the filling value increased by 2.5% and remarkable economic profit was obtained. The orthogonal optimization design plays an important role in determining the domain factors influencing the filling value of tobacco strips and in optimizing the operating factors. |
