业源性因素对中学教师职业倦怠的影响研究

摘    要:采用修订后的Maslach(1981)教师职业倦怠量表的(EBI)对北京市石景山区的中学教师进行随机抽测。结果发现,在随机抽取的129位教师中,整体上教师职业倦怠程度处于中等水平。考察业源性因素对中学教师职业倦怠状况的影响中发现,教龄、收入、教师社会地位、社会对教师的尊重、专业自主性、工作时间等相关因素会显著影响教师的职业倦怠程度,而教师的职称、职务、所获荣誉、所教学科、专业与职务关联性、受培训状况等并不会显著影响教师的职业倦怠程度。回归分析发现,对教师职业倦怠影响最重要的因素,依次为教师的社会地位、专业自主性、收入、社会对教师的尊重等。

Abstract:Adopting the revised Maslach’s Educator Burnout Inventory (EBI) in 1981, the paper in-vestigates the job burnout by randomly selecting 129 middle school teachers in Shijingshan District, and the result shows that teachers’ job burnout is on the medium level on the whole. When taking career-re-lated factors into consideration, the study shows that factors that will significantly affects teachers’ job burnout are teaching age, income, teachers’ social status, social respect for teachers, professional autono-my and working hours etc. While factors such as academic titles, positions, honors they got, subjects they teach, relevance between their majors with positions and trainings will not significantly affects teachers’ job burnout. The regression analysis shows that the most important factors on teachers’ job burnout are:teachers’ social status, professional autonomy, income and social respect for teachers etc.
