低速城轨磁浮车辆的耦合动力学仿真研究

摘    要:在建立五转向架城轨磁浮车辆动力学模型的基础上,首先进行考虑侧风和行驶风阻的车辆直线加速工况仿真,给出重要构件的受力和变形特征;然后开展5种不同侧风时车辆加速过程的仿真分析,比较不同风速时,牵引拉杆和抗侧滚梁吊杆等构件的受力规律。在仿真结果分析的基础上,指出了五转向架城轨磁浮车辆设计时应注意的一些问题。

Abstract:Firstly,the straight line accelerating process of urban-rail magnetic levitation vehicle with five bogies is simulated,which is based on the establishment of the vehicle's virtual prototype model and concerns the lateral and longitudinal winds.The characteristic of stress and deformation of some important parts is given.Then,another simulation of straight line accelerating process at different lateral wind situations is carried out,and the stress of the traction rods and suspenders are compared under such situations.Finally,some problems of designing urban-rail magnetic levitation vehicle are analyzed.This research is of significance in developing urban-rail magnetic levitation vehicle.
