摘    要:故障模式、影响及致命度分析(简称FMECA)是提高产品可靠性的一种有效的工具.但是,传统的表格式FMECA不能有效地跟踪及计算复杂系统的每个零部件,对复杂系统往往要耗费大量的人力、物力和时间,而矩阵FMECA直观性和图形化能力不强,使用户在使用中产生诸多的不便.本文应用模糊数学理论,建立了模糊FME-CA语言,确定了模糊风险评判法则,形成了完整的故障模式、影响及模糊风险分析方法,具有分析简便、准确、直观性好的特点.采用该方法编制的计算机辅助分析程序,具有大系统数据库的特点,能方便地开发图形数据库,简便、易操作.利用该系统,对飞机发动机提出了改进意见.在航空发动机的可靠性研究中,有较高的应用价值

Abstract:Failure mode,effect and criticality analysis (FMECA) is an effective technique to improve the reliability of products. The shortcomings of the standard narrative tabular FMECA include: (a) Not all of the parts in a complex system can be traced and (b) A great deal of manpower, money and time are used in analyzing a complex system. The matrix FMECA technique can not be clearly seen or expressed by pictures, which will cause a lot of inconvenience to the users. This article, applying the fuzzy mathematical theory, establishes fuzzy FMECA language, and sets up fuzzy risk evaluation law, forming complete failure mode, effect and fuzzy risk analysis method. The process complied by this method has the characteristics of great system datum bank. It can develop graphic (illustrated) datum bank and is simple and convenient to be operated. By using this system, the suggestion for improving airplane engines has been put foward. It has greater value for application in the study of reliability for airplane engines.
