人参皂苷CK转化复合菌群的筛选及条件优化

摘    要:目的引入协同关系的理念,利用TLC和HPLC法从人参栽培地土壤中筛选出高效转化人参皂苷CK的复合菌群R2A48.方法采用微生物转化法生产人参皂苷CK是目前的首选方法,而高效菌株的筛选是大量制备人参皂苷CK的首要条件.结果通过因子转化实验确定其最佳转化条件:初始p H为7.0,底物浓度为3%,转化温度为35℃,摇床转数为140 r/min,转化时间为14 d.结论本研究为目前只利用单一微生物转化人参皂苷CK的研究提供一个新的思路和途径,对微生物转化人参皂苷的生产具有重要意义.

Abstract:Objective To select the composite microbial system R2A48, which could effectively transform ginsenoside compound K, from ginseng soil by the methods of TLC and HPLC based on synergic relationship. Method At present,the microbial transformation method is primarily used to produce ginsenoside compound K, and the selection of efficient strains is the first requirement. Results The optimal biotransformation conditions obtained by factor biotransformation experiment were as follows:initial pH value of 7. 0,substrate addition of 3%, revolution of 140 r/min, temperature of 35℃, and the duration of 14 days. Conclusion Compared with single strain,this study provides a new idea and method for the microbial transformation of ginsenoside compound K,thus has important significance in the production of ginsenoside.
