| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对脑卒中患者配偶焦虑抑郁状况的影响.方法选取住院治疗的160例脑卒中患者配偶为研究对象,随机分组,干预组给予护理干预.结果干预前,两组的SAS,SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05);干预后,两组SAS,SDS评分的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),结论对研究对象给予针对性的护理干预,可改善患者配偶的焦虑、抑郁状况.

Influences of Nursing Intervention on the Psychologic Status of Stroke Patients' Spouses |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the influences of some specific caring measures on the anxiety and depression symptoms of the stroke patients ' spouses. Method A total of 160 stroke patients ' spouse were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group. The intervention group received nursing intervention. Results Before intervention,the differences of SAS and SDS between the two groups were not significant(P>0. 05). However,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups after intervention(P<0. 05). Conclusion The anxiety and depression status of the subjects were improved with nursing intervention. |
