白灵菇的深层培养及菌丝体氨基酸组分分析

摘    要:通过对白灵菇菌丝体进行深层培养的研究及其成分的分析,表明液体发酵白灵菇菌丝体的最佳碳源是玉米粉,白灵菇菌丝体的最佳培养条件是pH4.o~6.0,接种量为10%,装液量为70-80mL_探究了菌丝体所含的人体硌需氨基酸占总氨基酸的52.4%,当培养5d时发酵液中的还原糖含量达到最高峰,随后菌体质量浓度的最大值出现在第6天.氨基氮含量的最大值出现在第7天.

Abstract:By submerged culture experiment of Pleurotus ferulae, the paper found the best carbon source is corn powder . The optimum liquid medium of Pleurotus ferulae mycelial consists of pH4.0- 6.0, inoculating deal as 10% and packing the liquid measures to 70-80 mL. At the same time, during the culture process of Pleurotus ferulae liquid sraius, the contents of reducing sugar, amino nitrogen of the terminal fermentation and amino acid of the mycelial was studied. This text still discover that mycelial essential amino acids occupy total amino acids 52.43%, when culturing mycelium for 5 d, the content of reducing sugar attain the highest peak , later on mycelial biomass appears the biggest value at 6 d, the biggest value of amino nitrogen at 7 d.
