| Abstract: | In the light of the ideological development of modern P.E., the author put forward the idea of organic combination of theoretical instruction with technical practice and in class acquisition of knowledge with out of class body building, aiming at improving the scientificity and comprehensiveness of track and field instruction itself. This is one of the keys to current reform in this field among general institutions of higher learning. |
