| 摘 要： | 校本研修是新课程改革下教师成为研究者的一个重要手段.文章探讨了在网络环境下,借助以“开放、合作、平等、共创、共享”著称的Wiki技术,搭建校本研修的平台,让教师在Wiki教研平台上积极反思、交流、合作,最终形成一个教师集体互助合作的研究共同体,以提高教师的专业素养。

| Abstract: | The campus research is a major means for teachers to become researchers in the new curriculum reform.This essay mainly explores how to construction a wiki platform based on the campus research under the network by means of wiki techniques known for"opening,co-operation,equality,co-creation and co-sharing".In the wiki platform teachers can actively reflect?Communicate and co-operate with each other freely,thus forming a community where teachers will share ideas and experience with each other and eventually improve their professional levels. |
