| 摘 要： | 细菌外膜蛋白和脂多糖对细菌本身和宿主都具有重要的作用，是微生物免疫增强剂中的重要成员。文章重点论述了细菌外膜蛋白和脂多糖的结构和生物活性以及蟹类的免疫特点，并对细菌外膜蛋白和脂多糖的免疫机制及发展前景进行了归纳。 |

| Abstract: | Out membrance protein（OMP）and lipopolysaccharide（LPS） as important members of microbe immunostimulants are important to bacteria itself and host. The structure and biological activity of OMP and LPS extracted bacteria and immune characteristics of marine economy crab are summarized in detail, furthermore immune mechanism and development prospects are also discussed. Research and development of OMP and LPS preparation can provide effective measures for preventive treatment of bacterial diseases in crab. |
