论高校学生管理工作中的柔性管理

从改革开放之初直至20世纪末,我国高校的学生管理和教育一直沿袭着"刚性管理"模式,很少关注人的精神领域.而柔性管理则注重人的精神世界,通过对人心灵的激荡和情感的关怀,激发其自觉行为和积极态度,从根本上体现"以人为本"、"一切为了学生,为了学生一切,为了一切学生"的新型教育理念.柔性管理是刚性管理的补充与完善,刚柔相济的管理体制才能提高其正确性、民主性与人性化程度,确保高校教学秩序的正常运转.

Flexible Management in College Students Work

From the beginning of China's Opening-up and Reform to the late 20th century,the mode of "rigid management" has been adopted in college students' management and education.Flexible management pays attention to human's mental world,which is a new-typed educational concept,basically showing a sort of "human-oriented","all for the students" opinion.It can stimulate human's self-awareness and active attitude through their awakening spirit and emotional solicitude.It is the supplement and perfection for rigid management.Such mutual system of rigid and flexible managements can enhance the correct,democracy and humanness degree to make sure of the normal operation of college teaching order.
