| 摘 要： | 4 属性指标的分项评分 4.1 概述文中已指出过:即使教育评价可采用加权求和结构,总分V(X_1,X_2,…X_m)=∑W_iV_i(X),分(指标)价值函数V_i(X_i)通常也不等于指标的原始值X,因此得出第1指标(各对象)的原始值X_(ik)(K=1,2,…n,n为对(象个数)后,如何得出V_i(X_(ik))的值就成为一种重要的评价技术,这实质上是教育测量研究范畴。进入评价体系的各项基层指标,可以分为连续变量型与等级变量型两种,前者一般用统计方法,把统计出来的数值或率用标准分或功效函数法化为分值,后者一般采用专家测量法比照量表得出等级后再二次量化为分值。此外我们还提出了用数量化理论Ⅲ一

| Abstract: | The EVSE extends the technology of education evaluation in6 aspects. They are: (1)Designing the system of evaluating indexes by Delphi, K.J method; (2)Comprehensively deciding the weights and summarise the indexes by Delphi, AHP(and GEM, AHP of Group, triangle Huzzy), principal components(factor analysis)and fuzzy's discriminant with simplex algorithm; (3)The valuating technology of indiidudl indexes; (4) comprehensively designing scales to grade variables, weights and synthetical judicial score; (5)The technology of analysis and explanation of the results of evaluating; (6)Being in conformity with the date base and software technology of education evaluation. It has realized the engineering of the process of education evaluation. It can be applied to the evaluation of almost various obiects, so it is especially applicable for the eanucation managers and teachers who have not any knowledge of computers. |
