| 摘 要： | 研究了缺血性心衰病人口服小蘖后的临床效果．结果表明，缺血性心衰患者血浆中小蘖硷浓度与其症状改善有关．本实验所建立的方法适合于小蘖硷的血药浓度测定及指导临床用药。

| Abstract: | The research result of clinical effects of patients with ischemic heart failure(IHF)after oral administration of berberine shows that the improvements in symptoms is related to berberine concentration in the plasma of patients with IHF. Thus, the method established in this experiment is suitable for the determination of the plasma berherine concentration and helpful in the treatment of patients with IHF. |
