摘    要:新课改推动了人们对科学素养的重视。但现行科学素养的探讨主要是从公众素质的角度,立足于科学,忽视了基础教育的特性。基础教育视角中学生的科学素养应是学生整体素质的基本部分之一,来源于科学文化,取决于社会发展和学生身心发展的需要,通过整个学校教育实践来养成。它包括知识、能力和非认知因素三个层面。知识层面主要是科学基础知识和科学方法基础知识,能力层面主要是与科学研究活动和屯科学成果运用活动相关的心智活动能力,非认知因素层面主要是科学旨趣与科学精神。三个层面构成一个整体,其中,非认知因素层面是灵魂,能力层面是主体,知识层面是基础。

Abstract:The reform of new curriculum has aroused people's attention to the scientific attainment,and yet the studies nowadays are mainly from the perspective of public quality,based on science,ignoring the characteristics of basic education.The scientific attainment in basic education should be part of the overall quality of the students,which is cultivated through scientific culture, the development of society and that of the students themselves.It requires school educational practice and consists of three parts: knowledge,ability and non-intellectual elements.Knowledge mainly represents the basic knowledge of science and that of scientific methods;ability means intellectual ability involving scientific research activities and the usage of scientific results,while non-intellectual elements include scientific interests and scientific spirits.Of the three aspects that form an entirety,non-intellectual elements are the soul,ability the body,while knowledge the basis.
