| 摘 要： | 软式排球是近年在我国刚刚兴起的一项体育运动项目，它所具有的独特魅力不仅使其迅速在我国传播开来，而且受到了很多人的喜爱。在我国全面推进全民健身计划的热潮中，社区体育作为我国全民健身的一个基本点，也迫切需要找到一项适合在社区中开展的运动项目在广大人民群众中普及。软式排球运动必将凭借其独特的优势在全民健身运动中发挥重大的作用．

| Abstract: | In recent years,the soft volleyball is a sport that just popularized in our country.The soft volleyball has unique charm.It disseminates rapidly in our country and has received our affection.As a fundamental point of all-people body-building movement,the community sports needs to seek one item to suit the movement.The soft volleyball will certainly rely on its unique superiority to play an important role in all-people body-building movement. |
