高速公路柔性安全防护网数值仿真

摘    要:为减少高速行驶汽车出现意外时的伤害,高速公路两边一些关键地方都设有柔性安全防护网。防护网主要通过网结构的变形来吸收和转移能量,在高速公路设计和安装防护网时,必须考虑防护网的最大变形量以设计预留变形空间。通过ANSYS/LS—DYN数值仿真,得出了高速公路设立柔性安全防护网时预留变形空间建议值为1.5m。

Abstract:To reduce damage to the high-speed car when it has an accident, there are flexible protective nets on key positions of both highway sides. The nets can absorb and transfer energy by gridding distortion, and the obligate deformation must be designed by the biggest distortion quantity of the protective nets when they are designed and set on sides of highway. Through numerical simulation by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the propositional obligate deformation is 1.5m when the flexible safety protective nets are set.
