| 摘 要： | 实验室是高等学校教学科研的主要基地,是培养学生创新能力、提高学生综合素质的重要场合。近年来,高等教育的持续发展给高校实验室带来了大力投资和跨越式发展的新局面,但是高校实验室管理现行运行机制仍然存在较多问题。文中结合学校实验室管理运行机制改革的实践,总结了长江师范学院在体制与机制改革方面采取的措施以及取得的成效。

| Abstract: | Laboratories in university, which were mainly used for teaching and research, were important ground that can cultivativity and enhance comprehensive capabilities for the students. In recent years, fast and sustained progress in high education created a favorable environment for the university laboratories which enjoyed heavy investment and upgrade. But there were some problems existing in the running mechanism. This paper summarized the methods used by the university in the respects of experiment system and mechanism innovation and achievements on construction and management of laboratory with the practice of the university. |
