| 摘 要： | 实验室建设是高职院校一项既艰巨又复杂的系统工程，实验室建设水平和管理水平是学院办学水平、科研实力和科技开发能力的重要标志之一。文中简述了宜宾职业技术学院实施实验室建设项目化管理实践所取得的成效、存在的问题以及改进措施。

| Abstract: | Laboratory construction is a hard and complex systematic project in high technical college.The level of laboratory construction and management is one of the important symbols of school management,scientific research strength,and sci-tech development ability.The article presents some results,problems and improvement measures in the practice and exploring in the project management in laboratory construction in Yibin Vocational and Technical College. |
