摘    要:为了对高速公路路域水环境进行分类,根据路域水环境影响因素的层次性和模糊性特点,采用模糊数学方法,建立高速公路路域水环境二级模糊综合评判模型.评价模型采用转换等级确定各影响因素的隶属度取值,采用层次分析法确定各影响因素权重,并考虑实际情况对各影响因素权重进行变权处理;其最终计算采用VB语言编程实现,以减少评判的主观性和计算的复杂性,从而使评判结果更趋合理化.湖南炎陵-汝城高速23合同段路域水环境敏感性的评价结果表明:该合同段属于中度敏感型水环境区域,需在工程建设期间作好当地的水环境保护措施.评价结果与现场调研结果一致,验证了该方法的可行性和合理性.

Abstract:In order to classify the water environment around highway,according to the gradation of the water enviromental factors and the fuzzy characteristics of the factors,a fuzzy mathematical method was uesd and a model of synthetic judgment on two-stage fuzzy of classification of water environment was established.Evaluation model adopted changing ranks to determine the values of degrees of membership for all the influence factors and adopted AHP to determine the basic weight value of all the influence factors and considerd the practical condition to deal with the basic weight values through changing weight value for all the influence factors,the calculation was realized by VB languages program,and the subjectivity of judgement and complexity of calculation were reduced,thereby,the results of evaluation can be more reasonable.The result of water environmental sensitivity classification of the 23th contract section of Yanling—Ruchen highway of Hunan indicates that the water environment of this contract section is part of moderate sensitive type,which just needs to take the reasonable protection measurements for the local water environment during the project construction.Appraisal conclusion and the results of field investigation are consistent,which validates this method is feasibility and reasonable.
