圆盘造球机中的强制分级机理及其应用

摘    要:从理论上分析了强粘性物料在圆盘造球机中成球时自动分级失效的原因,提出了强制分级技术措施,成功地解决了铁精矿添加复合粘结剂造球的难题.生产过程连续稳定,所制备的生球和冷固球团矿粒度均匀性及强度明显提高.

Abstract:In this paper,the failure of self classification for highly cohesive mixture balling in a disc pelletizer was analyzed theoretically,and the enforced classification measure was developed to tackle the difficult pelletization of iron concentrate with addition of complex binder .A continuous and stable balling process was performed,greater size uniformity and higher strength of green pellets and cold bound pellets were achieved.
