摘    要:通过在水泥生料中添加少量熟料、阿利特、中间相,并将之作同与氟、硫型复合矿化剂相比较,研究了添加少量熟料烧制水泥技术作用机理。结果表明,添加熟料、阿利特、中间相与氟、硫型复合矿化剂都可降低CaCO3的剧烈分解温度;所不同的是:前三者对CaCO3分解速度基本没有影响,而氟、硫型矿化剂不仅降低了CaCO3的分解温度,还加快了其分解速度;掺入生料中的少量熟料,既有晶核作用,同时也有助熔作用;在生料中掺入少量熟料,有利于阿利特晶体发育,细化A矿晶体,并提高阿利特含量,从而提高水泥熟料强度。

Abstract:The mechanism of doping clinker into raw meals to make cement were researched primarily in the present paper by adding a little amount of clinker. alite, interstitial phase in the raw meals and comparing their effect with that of the F, S composite mineralizer. The results showed that all the added clinker, alite, interstitial phase and F,S composite mineralizer could decrease the decarbonation temperature, the only difference was that the first three additives exerted little action upon the decopsposition rate of CaCO3, but the F, S composite mineralizer not only lowerd the decarbonation temperature, but also accelerated the decomposition rate of CaCO3. A little amount of added clinker in the raw meals acted as both nucleation and fluxing,and the added clinker was also favourable to the growth of crystal alite and the increasing of the content of alite in the clinker. All these were helpful to heightening the paste strength of clinker.
