| 摘 要： | 根据用户的数据需求总结出系统的功能需求，提出了通用模式的设计思想，介绍了系统的结构、开发工具和如何使用回调方法获得信息。从系统投入使用后出现的问题出发，并结合当前计算机技术的发展，提出了系统体系结构的优化方案，为系统二期工程的开展奠定基础。

| Abstract: | This puper gives a summary of the requirement of the system function according to the user's data requirement. An all purpose design concept, its system structure and development tool are described. With close reference to contemporary computer technology, an optimized scheme of such a system is introduced to solve the existing problems. The scheme has established the foundation for the second phase development of the system. |
