摘    要:为了提高三维图像的视觉效果和重建效率,提出一种基于模块化设计的三维医学图像体绘制方法.该方法将图像分割模块与体绘制有机地结合起来,并基于混合型链结区域增长与聚类分析的分割方式,来解决在实际应用中旋转观察时存在的障碍物体干扰问题.同时,基于Raycasting算法,对重构核进行改进设计:用包围盒选择与动态调整采样步长的重采样方法来提高重建效率;通过旋转光源和视角,对感兴趣的区域进行采样重建.实验证明该方法不仅效率高,而且显示效果好.

Abstract:In order to improve the visual effect and reconstruction efficiency of 3D medical images, a method of volume rendering is proposed based on modularization. In this method, the segmentation module is effectively combined with the volume rendering, and a segmentation method based on the growing and cluster analyses in hybrid link region is developed to eliminate the disturbance of obstacles during the rotational display of 3D image. Moreover, the modification of reconstructed kernel is performed based on the Raycasting algorithm, by adopting a resampiing method with round-box selection and dynamic step-length adjustment to improve the reconstruction efficiency and by rotating light source and view angle to resample and reconstruct the interested region. Experimental results finally reveal the high efficiency and good display performance of the proposed method.
