| Abstract: | A permanent thesis for the construction supervisor was to run well the construction and control efficiently the engineering investment.Some theories and practice of construction cost control on the aspect of process management were discussed. It also proposed that construction cost control run through the entire process of construction including program decision, design, and checking and accepting. |
