基于计算机仿真的虚拟自动生产线实验系统

摘    要:随着web和虚拟现实技术的迅速发展,虚拟实验的实现成为可能。根据机电一体化实验的需求,这里研制了基于计算机仿真的虚拟自动生产线实验系统:系统平台设计——基于Web的B/S结构模式、混合使用HTML、JSP、Jave、Applet,Web服务器与数据库管理系统的集合,增强系统图形信息的动态传输和网络交互操作功能;联合使用UG与VRML和优化VRML模型数据结构,降低建模难度、提高模型品质、改善网上动态传输和交互的实时性;提出的优于传统拼接法的隐藏替换法有效地解决动画拼接,很好地实现了用户视觉上的连贯性。该实验系统试运行表明,研究达到预期效果。

Abstract:It is possible to do virtual experiments with rapid development of Web and technology of VR. A virtual auto-product line based on computer simulation i s developed according to demand of experiments in the integration of mechanicaln ess and electricity in the paper. The platform designed for the system is propos ed by using the scheme of B/S based on network, the mixed application of HTML, J SP, and Java Applet, and the integration of Web server and DBMS. The function of dynamic communication and interactive operation of picture data on network is e nhanced. Decreasing the difficulties of modeling, increasing the character of m o dels, and improving dynamic communication and the real time of interaction on n e twork are realized because of uniting UG and VRML (VR modeling language) and o pt imizing data construction. The frame connection of the animation scenes in phase is effectually solved with the hiding-replacing method that proposed by this p a per is better than the traditional in order to improve continuity visually. By t esting the system, the predetermined result is obtained by study.
