摘    要:利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察,发现AN-g-Casein纤维截面形成了皮芯型结构;芯层Casein组分相畴约20~60nm,拉断时,芯层易产生原纤化;皮层结构致密,断面平整;纤维表面形成细长条纹。AN-g-Casein纤维中二组分的结晶度基本不随酪素含量而变。AN-g-Casein纤维吸湿性、染色性优异,且能采用酸性染料、阳离子染料染色,AN-g-Casein纤维力学性能良好,是一种值得推广应用的新型改性仿真丝纤维。

Abstract:Cross section and surface section of AN - g - Casein fiber were observed by SEM. Skin and core layers are formed in the cross section of the fiber. The dimension of phase domains of AN - g ?Casein of core layers is about 20 ~ 60nm. The core layers tend to microfibrillized, but the compact skin layer of cross section is flat when the fiber is drawn into broken. The long and thin streaks are formed on the fiber surface. The crystallinity of the two components in the fiber is scarcely affected by the change of casein content. The hygroscopicity and dyeability of the fiber are good. Both acid dyes and cation dyes can be used for dyeing the fiber. The fiber still has good mechanical properties. Therefore the AN -g - Casein fiber is a new type modified "silk ?like" fiber for wide application.
