微胶囊膜厚对芯料释放速率的影响

摘    要:采用光学显微镜二次聚焦法测定出微胶囊膜厚,通过理论公式计算出微胶囊芯料的释放速率,从而揭示出微胶囊膜厚对芯料释放速率的影响规律,结果表明:在实验范围内,甲醛用量、复凝聚次数、芯料用量、搅拌速度、乳化时间等工艺条件发生变化时微胶囊膜厚、表观扩散系数对芯料的释放速率影响极大,尤其膜厚对释放速率起着决定作用

Abstract:Membrane thickness of microcapsule is measured by optical microscope duplex focusing, the core release rate is calculated by theoretical formula, and the effect of the membrane thickness on the release rate is revealed. As a result, with changes of formaldehyde dosage, complex coacervation times, core dosage, agitation rate and emulsification time, the membrane thickness and the apparent diffusion coefficient are of great importance on the release rate, but the membrane thickness is dominative.
