对我国风景名胜区城市化现象的思考

分析了风景名胜区城市化现象所带来的危害:导致风景名胜资源过度开发;破坏视觉美感,降低景区形象;引起景区生态环境恶化;缩短景区生命周期;不利于区域经济协调发展.探讨了风景名胜区产生城市化现象的原因即管理体制未理顺;政府财力支持不够;对风景区的认识存在严重偏差;风景区的土地、权益未明确定位;未处理好国家与地方,开发与保护的关系;传统经济体系不健全.提出了防止风景名胜区城市化的对策即创新管理体制,健全经济体系;加大政府投入,提倡社会捐助;合理布局旅游接待设施,提高规划设计水平;改善风景名胜区内外交通联系,妥善安置居民生产生活.

Consideration of Problems of Scenic Areas Urbanization in China

This paper analyses the harm induced by scenic areas urbanization:leading to excessive development of scenic resources;destroying visible landscape and scenic areas image;deteriorating the eco-environment;decreasing life-period of scenic areas;unhealthy development of regional economy.This paper analyses the causes of scenic areas urbanization:unsuitable management system and economic system;lack of fund;wrong understanding on scenic areas;control confused of land and rights.The author puts forward all kinds of feasible thinking,counter measures:innovation of the management system and the economic system;adding fund,encouraging the social donation;reasonable location of tourism facilities,improving the planning and design;making the traffic better,and arranging the inhabitants.
