学校体育必须以实施终身体育教育为目标

通过对学校体育历史使命、任务、教学目标及教学指导思想 ,以及与终身体育关系的研究 ,提出了终身体育思想 ,要求学生树立终身体育意识及价值观 .认为体育意识的培养应始于学涯初期 ,并贯穿于整个学校体育不同学段教育过程的始终 ,以保证其体育爱好及锻炼习惯的连续性 ,实现与终身体育的接轨 .

The Goal of School Physical Training-Life Lo ng Physical Education

Through the research into the historical mission,task aim and guiding idelology of physical education and also into the relationship between physical training and lifelong physical education,this thesis aims to put forward the idelology of lifelong physical education. Students are required to establish the lifelong consciousness and value conception. The article suggests that the consciousness should be cultivated when a child just begins his study,and it should go through the different periods of the whole process of school physical education so that it can gurantee the child's interest and the continuity of training habit about physical education. The ultimate goal is to link the periodic physical education with the lifelong one.
