| 摘 要： | 通过访谈和逻辑推理等方法,研究了阳光体育运动的概念、宗旨和定向越野运动的价值,并找出阳光体育运动和定向越野运动的价值结合点,结果表明定向越野运动与阳光体育运动是可以结合的,在学校大力推广阳光体育运动的同时,定向越野运动是值得引进学校体育和推广的重要项目之一.

| Abstract: | Using the methods of interview and logical reasoning,concept,purpose of the sunshine sports concept and value of the cross-country orienteering were researched,combing points between the sunshine sports and cross-country orienteering was found.The results show that the sunshine sports and the cross-country orienteering can be combined.When the school to promote the sunshine sports,the cross-country orienteering is one of the important project of worth introducing school sports. |
