| Abstract: | According to the actual sitration in military medical and health in stitute,we formulated the evaluating indices and methods for military medical scientific research,and studied the developing tactics and management mechanism.In order to raise the management art of military scientific research and baility of decision maker,we developed a scientific research management software which can be easily operated and performs satisfactorily. |
