对浙江科技学院办学定位和特色的再思考

浙江科技学院的办学定位是依据浙江省地方经济建设和社会发展的需要,以社会需求为导向的;也是依据浙江科技学院自身的现有条件,考虑到学校今后的发展潜力的。国际化背景下高层次应用型人才培养,应当认真处理好学以致用和全面发展的关系、学科性与职业性的关系、知识教学与能力培养的关系。根据中国国情,学习借鉴德国应用科学大学的办学经验,积极探索社会欢迎的具有国际化背景的高层次应用型人才培养之路是浙江科技学院办学特色的要求。“国际化”、“应用型”办学特色的要求,应当体现在浙江科技学院的师资队伍建设、人才培养、学科建设和学校文化建设等各个方面。

Reconsideration of Orientation and Distinguishing Features for Zhejiang University of Science and Technology

The orientation for Zhejiang University of Science and Technology is determined by its current and future development and the needs of the provincial economic and social development.In order to nurture advanced practical undergraduates with international background,three relations should be grasped-practicality and all-round development,knowledge teaching and skills developing,disciplinal and vocational demands.Learning management from German universities of applied science and actively exploring effective ways to nurture advanced practical undergraduates with international background would make the university distinctive.The distinguishing features of being "international" and "practical" should be realized at the levels of teaching staff fostering,student nurturing,discipline developing and university culture cultivation.
