| Abstract: | Science and technology colleges are cataloged by the words "science and technology"in their titles; this kind of colleges lay emphasis on teaching, research, human resources, staff training, and historical development. With some important statistics of the kind of colleges and universities, this paper presents author's views about colleges and universities of this kind, and that might be a reference for making their plan of reform and development. |
