摘    要:建立了一种通过油包水(W/O)乳状液膜体系分离丹参水提液中丹酚酸B的方法。通过对内水相氢氧化钠浓度、表面活性剂山梨糖醇酐油酸酯(Span80)用量、载体三辛胺浓度、油内比、乳水比和迁移时间的优化,获得了一个高效的乳状液膜体系。最优提取条件为氢氧化钠浓度0.012 5 mol/L,山梨糖醇酐油酸酯质量分数4.0%,三辛胺浓度0.01 mol/L,油内比10:6,乳水比1:4,迁移时间10 min。实验结果表明,在优化条件下,该乳状液膜体系能快速有效地从实际样品中提取分离丹酚酸B。

Abstract:This paper constructed a method for separation and extraction of salvianolic acid B from Salvia miltiorrhiza with W/O emulsion liquid membrane.We obtained an efficient emulsion liquid membrane system by the optimization of internal aqueous NaOH concentration,the content of surfactant Span80,carrier trioctylamine concentration,the ratio of oil phase to internal aqueous solution,the ratio of emulsion phase to external aqueous solution and transport time.The optimal extraction conditions are transport time of t0 minutes,Span80 mass fraction of 4.0%,trioctylamine concentration of 0.01 moL/L,the ratio of oil phase to internal aqueous solution of 10∶6,the ratio of emulsion phase to external aqueous solution of 1∶4 and NaOH concentration of 0.012 5 mol/L.Experimental results show that the emulsion liquid membrane system can rapidly and efficiently extract salvianolic acid B from actual samples in the optimal conditions.
