| 摘 要： | 通过对贵阳市乌当区主要蔬菜基地的4种蔬菜100个样品的可食部分中重金属铅、铜、铬、镉、砷、汞含量测试分析与评价,结果表明,莴笋中重金属铅、镉、汞指标存在超标现象。其它蔬菜中重金属含量均未超标。不同蔬菜品种重金属间相关性差异较大。

| Abstract: | By analysing and evaluating on heavy metal contents of Pb,Cu,Cr,Cd,As and Hg in edible parts of 100 vegetable samples from 4 species in the main vegetable bases in Guiyang. It has been indicated that contents of Pb,Cd,Hg in lettuce are above the standards, while no indications show the heavy metal contents in others are heigher than the standards. The correlation degree of the different vegetable kinds is large. |
