| 摘 要： | 提出了在常温常压下用硅胶吸附柱层析分离紫杉醇和Cephalomannine的方法。径高比为 5∶10 0 ,样品量 /吸附剂为 1∶80 ,洗脱系统由石油醚和乙酸乙酯组成 ,分离度可达 80 %。

| Abstract: | This article presents a method to separate Paclitaxel from Cephalomannine by column absorption chromatography under normal atmospheric temperature and pressure.The experiment condition includes: 1 meter length of column,sample:absorber=1∶80,mixture of petroleum and ethy1 acetate as eluent.As the result of chromatography,80 percent of Paclitaxel and Cephalomannine are separated. |
