基于PLC的电镀自动生产线控制系统设计

摘    要:对电镀自动生产线控制系统进行设计,实现了电镀生产线控制系统的步进、单周期运行和连续循环运行三种工作方式.生产线自动控制的实现可以给操作工人更多的选择,提高电镀过程的加工精度与生产效率,降低劳动强度,同时有利于处理系统故障,是电镀生产实现低成本、高质量、高效率的自动化生产的发展方向.

Abstract:The design of control system of the electroplating automatic production line achieves three kinds of operation modes, such as step operation, single-period operation and continuous-cycle operation. The automatic control of production line provides workers with more choices, improves the machining accuracy in the process of electroplating, enhances the production efficiency and reduces the labor intensity. At the same time it is also conducive to the solution of system trouble. So it is a developing direction for electroplating production in realizing low-cost, high quality and high-efficiency automatic production.
