摘    要:以NaBH4为还原剂用化学还原法制备了无负载Ru-Zn-B催化剂.探讨Zn含量、加料方式和洗涤等制备条件对催化剂性能的影响.研究结果表明,当Zn含量为10%、采用反加法、洗涤至pH值为7.5时制备的催化剂具有较好的活性选择性.XRD分析表明,催化剂为非晶合金结构.

Abstract:The unsupported Ru-Zn-B catalysts were prepared by chemical reduction method for selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene.The influence of preparation conditions such as zinc content,dropping sequences and pH value of washing solution etc.on performance of the Ru-Zn-B catalyst was investigated in detail .It was concluded that under the condition that the amount of zinc was about 10%,by reversed dropping sequence adopted and the precipitate washed thoroughly to pH=7.5 with distilled water,the best selectivity of hydrogenation was structure obtained.XRD results indicated that ruthenium-zinc-boride allay formed the amorphous structure obtained.
