| 摘 要： | 概述了MgF2薄膜的制备方法及其在各领域中的应用。通过对制备方法的对比研究和分析,得到:众多的方法中,真空蒸发具有较为简单的设备和方法;而应用最多的是电子束蒸发法。MgF2薄膜以其优异的性能已广泛应用于各行业中。

| Abstract: | The preparation methods and applications of MgF2 films were outlined.It is found that for the preparation,vacuum evaporation method has simple equipments while the electron beam evaporation method is most widely used.For its excellent performance,MgF2 films have been widely used in various industry fields. |
