摘    要:文章针对某腈纶纺丝生产线,介绍了一种基于Industrial Ethernet+PROFIBUS-DP通信的速度同步控制系统设计.该通讯网络包括控制级和现场级,控制级采用工业以太网通信网络,现场级采用PROFIBUS-DP通信网络结构.文章阐述了上位机与PLC、PLC与变频器的通信过程和网络设置,以及该控制系统的相关软件实现;最后通过与传统的基于MPI的控制级通信网络对比,表明该系统有更广的应用范围和扩展性.
