摘    要:文章在光纤光栅传感技术基础上研究新型触测原理的三维测头;从光纤光栅的传感原理人手,分析了测头中用作敏感元件的光纤布拉格光栅技术参数的选取依据;根据光纤布拉格光栅应变传感的特点设计了测头结构,并在试制过程中进行了光纤光栅三维测头的一些关键性能测试,如测头重复性定位精度等;从理论上分析了光纤光栅测头的可行性,并在一定的程度...

Abstract:A novel 3D touch trigger probe is developed based on the fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensing technology.From the perspective of principles of FBG,the selection criteria of the main technical parameters of the FBG sensor is analyzed.And the structure of the probe is designed according to the characteristics of the FBG sensor.Some key performance of the 3D probe is tested during the process of fabrication,such as the probe repeatability and positioning accuracy.The feasibility of fiber grating probe is analyzed ...
