| 摘 要： | 文章针对复杂产品装配过程影响因素众多、难以控制的现状,设计了一种对其进行异常控制的策略.首先确定造成装配过程异常的原因,进行异常归类,并对异常控制所需采集的信息进行分析；其次引入工段信息元概念,在此基础上建立复杂产品装配过程实时状态模型；最后基于该模型构建异常控制专家系统,为装配过程提供实时异常报警信息及相应处理方案....
