基于LabVIEW的汽车ABS硬件在环试验

摘    要:基于LabVIEW RT模块,进行了ABS电控单元开发及硬件在环试验。硬件在环试验有效地解决了软硬件实时运行的问题,能够在线实时调整控制参数,降低了开发周期和成本;试验结果表明,自行开发的ABS电控单元能够有效缩短制动距离,同时,具有较好的方向保持性,为ABS实际控制器的开发奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on the LabVIEW RT module,the electronic control unit(ECU) of the ABS is developed the and the hardware-in-the-loop experiment is carried out.The hardware-in-the-loop experiment efficiently resolved the real-time operation problem of software and hardware,real-time modulation of the control parameters could be made online,and the period and cost of development were reduced.The experiment results show that the developed ECU of the ABS has better performance of braking and maneuver stabilization.The hardware-in-the-loop experiment provides a basis for development of the actual ECU.
