摘    要:为了明确硬岩掘进机截齿与齿座的受力和应力分布情况,确定其损坏原因,通过MATLAB软件模拟单个截齿载荷,利用ANSYS对单个截齿及齿座进行有限元分析。研究表明:单个截齿的受力随切屑厚度的变化而变化,截齿位置角在π/2处截齿所受的各向载荷最大。截齿的最大变形发生在刀头部位,齿座的最大变形发生在齿座前部。根据研究结果,有针对性地采取措施,可进一步减少截齿及齿座损坏,延长其使用寿命。

Abstract:This paper is an effort to investigate forced situation and its holder on a hard roadheader and determine the causes of their damage stress distribution of a pick and . The paper introduces the simu- lation of a single pick load by means of MATLAB and finite element analysis of the pick and its holder by using of ANSYS. The results show that forces on a single pick change with the thickness of chip, and all forces reache maximum when the position angle reaches π/2. The largest pick deformation occurs in parts of tool bit and the biggest tooth holder deformation occurs in the front of holder. The results show that the proper measures can reduces the damage of pick and holder and prolongs its life.
