摘    要:为了使采空区顶板得到有效控制,根据采空区充填体控制机理,利用高水材料,在七台河桃山煤矿九采区三井右四片进行了采空区部分充填的现场实验。对充填管路进行合理选择和布置,分析了充填体的力学、结构和让压作用机理。结果表明:该充填体可以实现主动接顶,有效防止老顶的变形,提高煤炭的采出率。现场实验各项指标均满足井下充填要求,可以为相似地质条件下进行煤矿采空区部分充填提供借鉴。

Abstract:Aimed at effectively controlling the roof of goaf,this paper describes a field test of the partial filling of goaf,based on controlling mechanism of goaf filling,at the right fourth part of the third mine,ninth panel of Taoshan coal mine in Qitaihe by using the high water materials.The test consists of the reasonable selection and arrangement of filling pipes,and the mechanism analysis of the mechanics,structure and pressure of the filling.The result show that the filling,capable of actively binding roof,contributes to preventing the deformation of the old roof effectively and increasing the recovery ratio of coal.All the indexes of field test,up to the underground filling requirements,can offer reference for the filling of goaf in other coal mines with similar geological conditions.
