摘    要:通过对螺旋升角的定义,建立截割头包络面螺旋线的数学模型,提出等螺旋升角的截齿排列理论,给出不同形状截割头包络面母线的截齿空间位置模型。通过编制程序进行实例设计,获得两种不同形状的截割头及其截齿的排列和切屑图。结果表明,该模型设计的截齿排列分布均匀,截线距从截割头大端向小端递减,各截齿的切削面积均匀,截齿受力状况良好,满足截齿排列的要求,为截割头设计及截齿排列的参数化奠定了基础。

Abstract:This paper discusses the development of a mathematical model for spiral line of cutting head envelope surface by defining rise angle, presents the theory of equal-rise-angle pick arrangement, and introduces the model of pick position obtained for generatix of envelope surface with different shape of cutting heads. Practical design by working out computer program results in cutting heads of two different shape and figures of pick arrangement and cutting pattern. The results show that the pick arrangement designed by the model features a uniform distribution, progressively decreasing transversal distance from big end to small end of the cutting head, uniform gross in chip area of each pick, and better loads of picks, The pick arrangement, up to qualification of pick arrangement, provides a foundation of pick arrangement parameterization.
