MCGS在执行系统回转精度动态检测中的应用

摘    要:为了解决传统测控软件开发周期长、成本高、通用性差的问题,根据谐波分析原理,在执行系统回转精度在线动态检测系统中引入MCGS组态软件技术.采用ST-2型非接触电涡流位移振动传感器采集信号,采集板卡负责接收信号并输送到工控机,完成了径向跳动量、轴向窜动量和角度摆动量3个项目的测试.MATLAB仿真结果表明,基于MCGS组态软件开发的测试系统,完全能够满足高速运转的执行系统回转精度测试的要求.

Abstract:Directed at the longer cycle and higher cost coming from conventional software development, the paper introduces harmonic analysis-based MCGS software technology to the implementation of online system accuracy rotary dynamic testing system. The paper features the completion of three projects tests, such as beating of radial, axial movement of swing and the angle by using ST-2 eddy current noncontact displacement vibration sensor for signal acquisition, acquisition board responsible for receiving signals and transporting them to IPC. MATLAB simulation results show that, test system, based on MCGS software development can completely meet the requirements of the rotary accuracy test system with high-speed operation.
